Invoice 

Invoices to Havforskningsinstituttet / the Institute of Marine Research must be sent electronically as EHF linked to our organization no. 971 349 077. For more information about electronic invoices, see http://www.dfo.no/efb 

Foreign suppliers must use the standard PEPPOL BIS-formatted: NO 971 349 077 MVA (VAT).

Invoices which can’t be sent by electronic means, is to be sent as paper, and must therefore be of good quality, be clear and have good readability.

Correct marking of invoice: 

To ensure swift and correct handling, all invoices received must contain either:

• order number as specified when the order was placed, or  
• reference number or project number (8 digits always starting with the numbers 3680 (3680xxxx)
