I am a marine ecologist studying how behaviour drives fish evolution and its ecological consequences. My research uses empirical data and modelling to understand how fishing and natural selection influence fish species. I explore behavioural patterns, such as day-night rhythms, through advanced tracking techniques to detect individual differences and study their eco-evolutionary impacts. My work supports sustainable fisheries management and biodiversity conservation, focusing on Atlantic cod in the CodChange project.

Subjectarea

Eco-evolutionary dynamics, Animal behaviour, Personality and Chronotypes consequences, Acoustic telemetry data analysis, Fisheries impacts on fish behaviour, Marine Protected Areas, Harvested species, Hidden-Markov models.
