The Norwegian Ocean Observation Laboratory (OCEANLAB / HAVLAB) is a national multi-infrastructure involving a number of marine research, subsea and sub-seafloor technologies.

It represents collaboration between the University of Bergen (UiB), the Institute of Marine Research (IMR), the Norwegian Research Centre AS (NORCE), the Nansen Center (NERSC), the Norwegian Defense Research Establishment (FFI) and Høgskulen på Vestlandet (HVL). It was officially opened by Erna Solberg, Norway's Prime Minister, May 2016.
