I am an Operational oceanographer with experience assisting in the design, implemention and maintenance of data management systems for Ocean Observing Networks & Long Term Monitoring Programs with the aim of (1) maximizing their data quality through the entire Data Lifecycle and (2) enhacing their links across the Ocean Observing Value Chain.

Steering Group member of the UNESCO-IOC Ocean Best Practices System .
