The North Sea Ecosystem spring cruise is a multi-purpose survey, covering hydrography, chemistry, phytoplankton and zooplankton as well as fish eggs and fish larvae (IMR project 14385 and 14387). The survey area of the North Sea Ecosystem cruise 2016 included the northern North Sea and the Skagerrak.
